Financial Transparency:  Cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards are accepted forms of payment.  Payment is due at the time services are rendered.  Square is used for card processing for your convenience.  There are client card use transaction fees, usually around or under $4 each time, and Jennifer will currently absorb these transaction fees for you.  Cash, check, and debit/credit card processing is through Square, which is secure and encrypted for your protection. Debit/credit cards are not kept on file by Jennifer for your financial protection, although you can enable Square to do so if you choose.   Software through MassageBook is used for administrative purposes such as online scheduling.  This website is through AMTA. 

Expectations:  You will be properly draped or covered at all times.  Any sexual gestures, comments, or innuendo will not be tolerated.  This is a respectful and reputable healthcare practice.   

Cancellation Policy:  * Late cancellations < 24 hrs. and no-shows:  the full fee will be charged for any pre-reserved missed appointments not cancelled at least 24 hrs. in advance.   Business owners and independent contractors are self-employed, and must pay personal bills, business bills, and self-employment related and other taxes. This is how we earn our living and support ourselves and our families.  Thank you for supporting this local woman-owned small business; it is much appreciated.
