Description: 60 full minutes of massage therapy. Customized, personalized, catered, and adapted to your individual preferences, wants, and needs. Relaxation and/or Therapeutic Massage. Stress Reduction and Pain Relief. Helps reduce chronic muscle tension. Full body (minus abdomen and minus glutes unless otherwise requested) or either detailed focus on specific targeted areas. Light, medium, firm, or deep pressures available. Various modalities and blended techniques available (neuromuscular, deep tissue, sports, Swedish, spa, lymphatic, hot balsamic volcanic stone, warmed Himalayan salt stone, CBD without THC, massage tools, etc.)
Pregnancy massage can be sidelying and can be in any semester, but if it is a high risk pregnancy please consult your doctor beforehand.

Massage Therapy gift certificates for yourself or another person can be purchased and picked up in person by you, mailed to you, emailed to you, forwarded by you to another person, or printed off and given to someone else by you.
Massage Therapy give certificates: $100 for 60 min.
Life Coaching gift certificates: $60 for 60 min.
Any late cancellations < 24 hrs. and no-shows will be charged the full fee.
